What can I do with all this farting?

I just had a bowl of raisin bran with some cut up bananas mmmm it was delicious, 10 mins. later I'm passing gas...WTF? And there not just farts they are sewer smelly farts....ugh!
I tried drinking a bottled water so maybe it will help wash it down thru my system but nothing yet.

Help! I'm not in discomfort but just smelly farts....ugh! This has to stop before my dh gets up he worked graveyards last night.

  • Try some gentle stretches, bending at the waist forward, backward, to each side. Run in place, or go for a walk.

  • Smelly farts come from eating meat and have them rot in your stomach, this takes forever to digest.

  • It's trying to get through your system. IT may take a while. I know excersise helps move your bowels a little faster. Go for a nice long run. Good luck!

  • You need a methane capture system. You can heat your house with it. Just stay away from open flames.
