  • Yep, one of my ex's and I have amazing chemistry. That was the only part of our relationship that ever worked. We were on and off for years, anytime I was single we were together (not dating though). I have a feeling it would be the same way now if he weren't married or if I didn't think sleeping with a married man was wrong.

  • ^^^Totally agree w/ pinkparcel - There's sex, (w/ chemistry) and then there's love-making that comes from a deeper bond that goes beyond the chemistry.

  • agree - even from a friendship standpoint. I have a great friend (a guy), we're both single and have a fantastic time when we're out together. Anyone who sees us thinks we're a couple, but we know that it would never work out. One of us would be dead within a year!

  • Agree. Long term relationships require a lot of different things, like shared vision, values, care for each other.

  • I agree. Chemistry can spark a relationship, but by itself, chemistry cannot keep it going.
