  • chicken enchiladas

    we have cheerleading tonight so i premade them this morning so that ill just have to throw them in the oven quickly when we get home. the chicken is leftover chicken from a roaster i made on sunday :) easy peasy.

  • Chicken nuggets or strips and mac and cheese. We've got what looks like nasty storms heading toward us, and our power likes to go out in a light breeze, so I want something quick and easy that I can hopefully prepare before the power possibly goes out.
