What can help me dilate faster, im 38 wks & already dilated @ 1 cm

  • Self dilation. Stick you hand up there and just pull the kid out.....

  • you're only 38weks, at this point you could go all the way up to 3 and then go back down to 1. It will happen when it happens, there's not really any way.

  • If your body was ready to be fully dilated, you would be in labor. Just be more patient. Time is the only real cure.

  • Patience. A woman can be dilated for weeks before going into labor. I was dilated 3cm for 5 weeks and still needed pitocin to get him out.
