Went for my 12 week checkup and I've gained 10 pounds!
I'm not eating more than I did prior to pregnancy, I'm still on a low fat, low carb diet...I eat mostly fresh veggies, fruit and grilled chicken or nuts for protein. I do the whole eat 6 times a day...3 small meals and three small snacks thing. I got out to eat for one meal, once a week and that's all. I have cut pop out of my diet entirely. I take a 45 minute to an hour walk 5 days a week.
