  • Drink a glass of water and lay on your left side... braxton hicks contractions tend to not get worse and not be consistent. They stop if you lay down, or even when walking..

Have you timed them? Begining labor isn't always painful, just pressure and tightening. So you could be in the early stages of labor.. Don't worry about going to the hospital until they are 4 min apart, 1 hour long, for 1 hour :)

Good luck, this could be it. Get some rest.

  • My contractions were never really painful, so if they keep constant and close together then it might be time!!

  • go by timing not pain. mine were never painful. If you need help figuring out how far apart they are check out Take a bath, walk around, lay down, and if they hang in there through all that then get ready! you may be having your baby soon! Congratulations :)
