Losing my last 10 pounds and toning up my body

I have lost most of my weight and been exercising. Just haven't toned up my body, belly and thighs like I would like. A friend has given me Kettleworx , doing it three times a week. Then running three times a week. Any other ideas or suggestions? I have a wedding in 9 weeks and would really love to get this taken care of. Thanks ladies!!

  • Have you tried P90x?

    A lot of women are terrified of lifting weights thinking they are going to look like Arnold Schwarzenegger or something, but that's not the case. Keep the weights on a lighter side and you will tone rather than bulk. And add in some cross training like biking or swimming to your running to help define other muscles like your butt and arms.

  • Lifting before cardio, otherwise I think your doing everything you can so good for you.
