Did you get headaches while you were pregnant?

I'm 17 weeks pregnant, and for a while now I've been getting low-grade headaches pretty consistently. From what I've read it's probably just hormones, and my doctor doesn't seem to too concerned. Still I'm curious if others went through the same thing and if you found any solutions. So far I've been trying to drink a lot of water.

  • It could be hormones, or maybe your eating habits... I got headaches off & on w/ my preg.'s, & since Tylenol doesn't help me much, I didn't bother to take it, so I'd just have to deal w/ it... Hopefully this is just a phase you're going through, & you'll be rid of them soon! Congrats by the way!!

  • Pregnancy was the ONLY time I didn't get headaches.

In retrospect I guess I should have had a whole lot more kids.

  • Interestingly enough, I get migraines at least a few times a month, but I only got one during pregnancy. It was a time of great relief from headaches.

  • Yes. And very bad ones. Bad enough that I had to take prescription meds for them.
