Toning up my body

I am happy with my weight , just want to tone up a little better. What are some good things to be eating to get my nutrients and calories so I can tone up, but not lose any more?

  • Raw foods.

  • Drink protein drinks before lifting weights. You willl start to see results in a couple in about 1-2 months.

  • Ditch refined carbs and unhealthy fats. Focus on lean proteins, healthy fats, fruits veggies, water, and maybe a few whole grains.  Cleaning up your diet will help you lean out a lot.  I have a journal about eating clean (click here).  Calculate your BMR and use the Harris Benedict equation to figure out how many calories you need to maintain your current weight.  Don't use the 6 or 7 day/week equation unless you're training for Ironman.
