My 11 y/o for sure. It's annoying when I have to deal with that. Since "I'm not running a restaurant" gets said so much, she knows if she refuses to eat what I've fixed, it's a PB & J for dinner.

my 21 y.o. daughter. She doesn't like food with spices not hot spices but most favorable spices.I would grill extra PLAIN chicken and freeze it .She eats several veggies and I try to serve two so as long as she ate 3 small bites of the entree and extra veggie I didn't care if she ate plain chicken 5 days a week with the other veggie I serve. She has expanded what she will eat so when she is home from college she gets a week of her faves...then WE fix some of her faves like baked spaghetti and freezes her meal size portions. She heats up her meals ,eats with us and cleans up her mess...I don't care now.
