How else can I serve this corned beef?

I want to steer clear from the traditional way of serving corned beef with cabbage, potatoes, etc.

Anyone do anything else with it? Was thinking of hash with sweet potatoes... Nothing else is coming up though. Thanks!

  • Coleslaw & garlic potatoes!

  • I've cooked it in smoky barbecue sauce in the crockpot before, or a nice spicy barbecue sauce would work if you like that better, and served it over rice or potatoes with corn on the cob. The meat also pulls apart nicely for barbecue sandwiches.

  • Sandwich.
Who puts potatoes in there cabage? We don't. We have corned beef, cabage and cornbread. I thing our way is Southern style.
