Breakfast ideas but healthy

Me and the girls today made something for daddy for father's day, but I want to Mae him breakfast in bed as well, but I cannot think of anything. My dh is on a diet he isn't aloud breads, potatoes, pasta things like that only thing I can think of is eggs and sausage (no bacon as we ate it so much we are tired out of bacon lol) but what else is there?

  • I agree a good quiche. Perhaps a spinach/swiss one! You cold make a really good fruit salad to go along side it. OR you could go a really bit fruit and yogurt parfait with granola, nuts and fresh berries.
