Do you queef a lot more since you started having kids? adult content

I know it's a gross question, but damn it! It happens to me a lot and it's been happening since I've had my first child.

  • Well, I'm going to tell you that it does happen to me after 4 kids. I can't do a sit up without air getting sucked into my vagina and having it expelled. It's embarrassing and there are times I have to put in a tampon just to work out so it doesn't happen.

  • Do you know how a queef happens?

I mean you walk around all day, bend, sit, squat, do yoga... and there's not a single one.

You have sex and *pffft*. What's the common denominator? A MAN! He's doing it wrong, pulling out too far, and pushing air in there. If you'd teach him to do it right, (or get on top where you belong) you wouldn't have this problem!

  • Then Kegel more.
It has nothing to do with having kids.

  • Like you don't have an embarrassing problem.

No, I do. I just choose not to post it publicly on the internet. I'd rather discuss my more personal issues with a qualified physician.

To answer the question no I don't. It's got nothing to do with childbirth.
