  • Call poison control and probably have an ambulance dispatched. Maybe call them on speakerphone while driving to the hospital.

  • Seek emergency medical attention or call the Poison Help line at 1-800-222-1222. A tramadol overdose can be fatal.

  • I used to take it for the muscle pain and tightness caused by my fibromyalgia. I don't know exactly what fifty milligrams will do to a three-year-old, but I sure as fuck wouldn't be sitting around surfing the Net and waiting to find out.

  • Call poison control (I hope you have and are on the way to medical attention). ANYTIME your child takes/ingests a medicine not meant for him/her or takes more than the recommended dosage, CALL POISON CONTROL!
