  • It is a shame that any mom that has a baby after the age of 35 is subjected to being asked if she is the grandma. Like only 20 year olds should have kids. Only dye your hair...if YOU want to. Hugs MOmma! Go back to the library and make a new "friend"! Whoop whoop!

  • Yes, fiat it is time, no need to make people think you are older than you are, do it and go back to the Library looking new and hot!

  • if i had been a grandma, i think he would still have been staring at me

    however
he could be a weirdo, who hits on all women with kids at library...lol

    but
i'll take it as a compliment
it put a little spring in my step, a little swing in my hips

  • That happened to me too when my Son was around 3. I was talking about the new Train Table they got in the Library to another Mom & I said I bought one for my Son for Christmas. Then a real A-HOLE Woman said "sure you can afford it, your his Grandma". The other Mom said "NO, She is his MOM! I wanted to spit at her but just glared at her with a smirk. She never came to Toddler Playtime again. I can't imagine what she would say now when I bring my Daughter. Probably ask if I'm the Great Grandma! LOL! Some people have diarrhea of the mouth & don't have the capability to think before they speak.

Maybe he was the child's Grandpa???

Did he have on a Wedding ring??

  • goodness no

i was 42 when my daughter was born
    48 now...with a 5 year old
she could totally be my granddaughter

when she was a baby, had a teenage girl ask if i was grandma, but expect from a teenager- i can guess high school when they are graduating from college- they all look young to me

but a guy trying to hit on me...LMAO
    * now, we have to get together, have a wonderful life together...just so i can tease him forever about the grandma comment
