  • Urine tests. Anyone can be trained to do a urine test. where as a blood test requires first a licensed phlebotomist and then paying a lab to run the blood.

Urine test costs at most a $1 for the test and a few cents for the pee cup

  • When I went there with a friend's granddaughter last year, it was a urine test only. I don't know if a blood test could have been done or not; there was no need.

  • Some clinics offer free urine tests. You have to pay for a blood test. Simply because it is more involved.
