If your spouse pays child support and you find out you are disabled, how will that affect your child support, if at all?

  • Is your spouse paying child support to someone else? Or are you separated from your spouse and he is paying you child support?

  • Let me make it simpler. It will NOT affect the child support. If he is paying child support to another person for his child, you going on again will NOT affect it. They considered HIS income only.

  • Him for another child. I want to make sure she will be okay.
