Alternative to soda?

Before i found out i was pregnant, i rarely drank soda.

Now it just sounds amazing. mtn dew in particular which is one of the worst ones !! :(

any alternatives to it that may have that bubbly taste still??

  • Flavored seltzer is probably your best option, but if you are looking to mainly elimate the caffiene which is what they advise against in pregnancy and less sugar you could try a natural soda, find them in most abundance in a health food store.

  • mmmmm lemonade sounds amazing actually! isn't there bubbly water or something u can mix with juice to make it fizzy ?

  • My fave is grapefruit juice and club soda. Bubbly, not loaded with sugar, and very refreshing in the summer.

  • You got a few alternatives. A soda on occasion isn't going to harm your baby. If you do drink one though, don't drink diet. The aspartame sweetener can be harmful in early pregnancy.
