  • Well to some it's a wonderful time of year. It's also stressful. To those who don't celebrate, I guess it's irrelevant. To those who don't have anyone to share it with, it can be a lonely time of year. I do think it brings about a more caring & giving spirit in many people that I wish would last all year long.

  • Nope. It gives people a bunch of unneeded stress over $$ and not being good enough. Throw it dysfunctional families and it sucks.

  • I think the idea of it and the reality are two very different things

  • Yes. I'm an atheist and I STILL love everything Christmas. Even the Jesus story.

  • I think it would if it started in the month that it's in. When they start putting out stuff by August it kind of makes ya dread it. I know it does me anyway. I wish they would stop with all the hype and just put things out starting in December. It's too commercialized and it makes me feel like, "how much stuff do we really need??" lol

Not trying to be a Debbie downer, but that's just how I see it. Don't get me wrong I like the family part of it, but the whole gifting idea is starting to get a little much.
