http://www.northwestern.edu/newscenter/stories/2013/06/big-multiple-sclerosis-breakthrough.html?utm_campaign

My little sister's been diagnosed with MS. She sent me this link and it brought us a little hope. I hope medical science keeps up the good work. Do u know someone with an autoimmune disorder?

  • Is she the only one in your family, Lostsoul? We knew of no one else in our family. But, it's scary for my oldest 3 kids because she is their aunt and their paternal grandmother has MS, too.

BTW, thanks for doing the clicky, on my phone.

    Stress brings it on
Still no clear ex, but better than a few years ago when they do her with rare disease that she would go blind from, they lived with that do for a year before more testing and different docs said wrong ex, more testing to narrow her dx

  • I have several Autoimmune disorders, not MS but others that mostly affect my joints but they have also effected my lungs as well. There are many new treatments on the horizon. Doctors say that in 10 years we won't be taking any of the meds we currently have to take(that suppress our immune systems).

  • Lupus runs in my family along with some other autoimmune conditions, so this is great news.
