What does it mean if you take two pregnancy test and one negitive one positive?and still no period

  • Positive means pregnant. It's more likely to get a false negative than a false positive. Congratulations!

  • It means you should wait a few days and retest. Odds are that there just wasn't enough HCG in the 2nd test to show positive, or, if you showed negative then positive, that there was more hormone in your urine.

    Either way... wait a few days and retest. Congrats though :) False positives are rare.

  • False positives are rare, unless you read it after the time limit. In that case, it could be an evaporation line, and both would actually be negative.

  • No it showed faint right away but when I took the digital test it said not pregnant but the line test had a faint line with showed up almost right after I did it
