What will help?

So I'm not happy to say this because this really never happens to me but I got burnt lol I didn't peal the redness turned to a tan by the next day but I have rashes on me. When I'm hot or sweaty I itch. So I'm assuming this is a heat rash? So what should I do most of its gone but it bothers me at night. I have a few spots left. They are small areas but they are a pain in my butt.

  • I'm a bad woman to my skin I never use sun block besides on my face. But I'm rethinking long days in the sun now maybe it's because I'm getting older I was pretty shocked that I was even burnt so when I started getting bumpy I was freaking out.
