is there anything that i can do to make it go away?? also, can pushing too hard while pooping hurt the baby?

  • ah the joys of hormones....drink enough water and eat fiber. I'm not too sure about the pushing don't want to get hemmorids.

  • like kaseesmom said.. pushing too hard can cause hemmorids. so be careful with that.

    i was constipated like crazy for almost my whole pregnancy. and nothing, absolutely nothing helped. no juice, no water, no whatever else you could try.

    ask you OB if they can give you anything that would help you.

  • Try this mama, I promise you it works!

    When you go to do your #2, relax your jaw and face completely, then breath in and out slowly and deeply....when your "top" is relaxed so is your "bottom"....this is also good to know when you are in labor, if you relax and dont tense up, then you open up better for your baby to come out!

    Also drink LOTS and LOTS of water mama, and walk!
