Have you received a list?

from your childrens school as to what supplies they need for the coming school year. We received one for our 6 year old that is going into 1st grade when we received his report card.

  • Ours is online year round... they will probably send it home on the last day too.

  • No, our district supplies everything our kids need except a backpack & lunch bucket

  • We get ours on the last day of school, along with the report cards. Good thing is, I stocked up w/ all the sales from last year, that we don't have too much to get this time around.

  • We get ours a few weeks before school starts, but the lists from the previous year are on the teacher websites, so I have an idea what will be on them. Mostly it's a backpack and lunch box, plus a small amount of other stuff.

  • How do you send stuff all year when last year one of our members had to send you a gift card because you couldn't afford stuff for your children.

Answer by Anonymous at 9:25 AM on Jun. 24, 2013

  • Not yet. They usually don't send them. Parents have to try to find them online or pick one up in the school office.

  • No. Ours is online at the school websites as well as it being printed out at target / Walmart / office supply stores for the local school districts and schools. I ordered the kit online for the following year before they got out of school, it ends up being a little cheaper and has everything they need.

  • We generally get ours about a month before school is to resume as classes have not been set yet (middle school) They will also be in all the stores once they are out.

  • Yes. They are online year round but I'm not even thinking about school yet!
