  • Do you want a real answer or simply to hear that you're pregnant (despite any evidence other than leaky boobs).
Lactation is often caused by change in hormones (which can be caused by a myriad of factors.)
Lactation without pregnancy can also occur often due to physical or psychological reasons or drugs (so certain medications you might be on or recreational use).
IF you have concerns the LOGICAL thing would be to see your DOCTOR.

  • FYI "squeezing" your boob falls under the physical reasons category. It's called stimulation.

  • Are you pregnant or just trying to get that way? If you are pregnant, don't squeeze your nipples because prolonged stimulation can cause uterine contractions.

  • There are hormone disorders that can cause this. Typically they involve a problem with the pituitary gland.

Discharge from the breast can also be a warning sign for breast cancer.

    Please see your doctor tomorrow.
