Crock pot steak? Probably a really dumb question...

The only way I've ever made meat in the crock pot was in soups, or a roast covered with water. I've had some steaks marinating(teriyaki marinade) since last night. Is there any safe way to cook them in the crock put overnight without covering them with water?

  • I just did a flat pot roast last weekend and it came out good, a little tough on the bottom, but otherwise tasted very good. It was about 2.3 pounds and was done in 4 1/2 hours on low.
