Because of the format of Answers we understand when you're quoting us if you use an "@" symbol or just quote part of our response.
The most important part of our response which you take issue with or want to discuss further. Normally just a sentance.
Another way we know you want to carry on a discussion is by you "up-voting" us.
You do not need to indicate Altered to Member or which Member you are quoting.
