If you parked your convertible car in front of someones house with the top down....

and the inside got soaked because the peoples sprinkler went on. Would the people with the sprinkler be responsible for the damage?

  • Nobody would ever know your motive for turning on the sprinkler ...

  • Nope, it's your responsibility to close your top. So, if it began to rain, would those people sue God?

  • No- sorry- If I ever owned a convertible, I would never leave it anywhere with the top down. Hope it's just squishy seats & no real damage.

  • I suggest you get a shop vac and suck out as much water as you can.

  • No, that would be your fault for being stupid and leaving the top down.

I would also laugh at you for being that dumb.

  • LOL! You all crack me up. I'm the one with the sprinkler. The little devil on my shoulder was trying to persuade me to turn the sprinkler on & soak this jerks car that's parked in front of my house all day! OK, I didn't do it but I wanted too! He is still parked there now!
