4 hours til bedtime for the kids- how do I get enough energy to do it?!

I just want to sleep! I have been fighting a cold and parenting alone for the past 8 days. Cleaning the house and packing up our stuff to get ready for a move, meeting people off Craigslist to sell our stuff.

Coffee isn't cutting it, I'm just TOO tired! What can I do? Water? Tea? Exercise? What helps?

  • Fruit or fruit juice can give you a boost. As can a brisk walk or even some jumping jacks, knee bends, etc. We used to do all of that when I worked the night shift at a hospital

  • A beer would put me to sleep. I would like a beer though! Baby went to bed at 8 and is up staring at me at 9.
