  • The exchanges open in October, so you will see what your state has available by then.

  • Good question, since the businesses don't have to comply, just yet. They get another year. So I have no clue what is going to happen.

  • Some started working on compliance over the past few years - that's why so many people saw their rates go up by 50%, were forced to drop some family members from their employer plan, or found their hours cut to just below full time. Others still have time, but ultimately, everyone should be ready for doctors to start dropping some carriers to avoid the hoops they have to jump through with them.

  • I do not going to be pretty. I think a lot of people are going to be hurting because of this but we will have to wait and see.

  • IDK either, but the employers are already cutting employee's hours to under 30 hrs so they can avoid paying for the forced health care coverage. Then he says he is going to delay the employer mandate delayed until 2015. So now we have to endure this shit another year. Lets just drop this Obamacare! If he wants to revamp something with the word 'insurance' lets go with the car insurance field. Maybe then we all can find out why premiums go up $2 for whatever reason. And never had a claim in 8 yrs...

  • I don't know but my husband's company has already stripped our insurance plan down to the bare minimum. We used to have really good insurance for a good price, until Obamacare was passed and they slowly started stripping it away.
