  • Never tried this....but now I'm curious. Was it hard to make?
Care to share the recipe or do I have to actually do some work and google it? :-)

  • Is it like fried spaghetti?

  • Oh no I didn't make it I tried it at the restaurant but I would like to make it at home. I've never had fried spaghetti.

The inside was soft and cheesy the out side fried. It was about the size of meat balls so once you bit into it you could see the cheesy macaroni.

  • I've made it before. It's really good. Easy to make, too. I use Alton Brown's recipe for it.

  • Yeah but I ate it as a meal it filled me up and mine were cheesier.

  • I have only had it at a festival and I was not impressed. It tasted like fried batter with a slight velveta after taste. I would try it again if it was on a menu of a notable restaurant though.

  • Yeah I've had these before. They are yummy but also fattening. Does it really need to be fried? LOL Don't they know I need to keep my figure??? ;-) But I guess it's not that much different than fried mozzarella sticks. Next thing you know, there will be fried butter balls on teh menu courtesy of Paula Dean LOL
