Are people really THIS stupid?

From a Facebook friend:

"Update: My baby boy is ok but needs to see a urologist for seizures. He hasn't taken one since he was four years old :("

A urologist for seizures? Pretty sure that is a NEUROLOGIST!
15 comments wishing her well, and not one of her friends questioned it.

  • You have no idea... I worked ER for many years. The stupid I saw on a daily basis would make your brain melt.

However, even I'm having difficulty understanding what she's trying to say, and I've gotten pretty good at translating stupid.

  • Seeing a urologist for seizure related issues is quite different from seeing one for seizures. Regardless, the person quoted in the OP is not capable of forming a coherent sentence. I have no idea what exactly she's trying to say.
