  • I want what you're having, yum!

There's leftover eggs a la king from last night, or egg salad from lunch, or I told the kids I'd make fish sticks and fries for them if they want. My boyfriend is going to be late home because he has to do a house call on somebody's grandfather clock, and my head is hurting thanks to Grizzly Adams and his smoker again.

  • I'm not hungry (worked late and had a late lunch) and my husband is at work so I poisoned my kid with a TV dinner (that he asked for).

  • We were feeding my parents tonight, and Dad had a tooth pulled at 4 this afternoon. So, he had just tomato soup. My mom and I had tomato soup and bologna sandwiches. My oldest had tomato soup and a grilled cheese sandwich, followed by a bologna sandwich (puberty + hollow leg = eats everything!). My youngest had, of all things, tomato soup, pb&j, and two slices of bologna. He's my, uh, unique child. lol
