What was for supper tonight?

It's hot, I have a screaming headache, I'm tired, I worked all day, and I'm just feeling lazy.
I seasoned some chicken breasts and threw them in the oven. When it was done, I dipped it in bbq sauce and had some grapes to go with it.

  • I'm trying to use up all the crap in our pantry and freezer. I had a can of soup, and later I am going to make a tuna sandwich. My kids are having leftovers.

  • Seems like BBQ chicken is the theme tonight.

I'm in the middle of making a BBQ chicken pizza with bacon.

  • Chicken Salsa verde tostadas!

place 3-5 chicken breasts in a crock pot, pour 1 and a half jars of salsa verde on top and cook on low a couple hours. Buy prebaked tostadas in the tortilla section, top the tostada with refried beans, chicken cheese and whatever else you would like. Seriously easy, seriously delicious.
