It depends on where you look and who you ask! People GENERALLY stick to 125-140 pounds though.. It's never much over or under those numbers. I am 5'3" and losing weight, my goal is about 125 for a stopping point so I have room to fluctuate while I maintain my weight! You should message me and we can talk more in detail about it.
