Do any of you have some quick, healthy-ish recipes you'd like to share? I'm tired of the same ole crap every week.
That's our go-to when it's too hot to do much in the kitchen, just one pan on the stove to make the salsa.

Do you have a Crockpot? I haven't been home as much as last year, but I practically used mine every day during the summer last year. Throw some chicken in there, some crushed pineapple and BBQ sauce... viola Hawaiian Chicken! You can also make soups, stews, etc... that way it can be cooking while you are doing other things throughout the day!!
