  • One can never say for sure, but I don't think I ever would. My husband and I have been married 48 1/2 years, since I was 18 years old. I can't imagine that I would ever want to live with anyone else. I think my memories of our life together would be enough.

  • it would take a very long time just to get over the loss alone...i dont think i would actively seek out another date for years. it would have to be a fate kinda thing, like a random chance kinda thing, not something i was looking for.

  • I'm young so I'd never say never. I wouldn't want my dh to be alone if I were to pass. I'd hope he waited a year or two if I passed. But I wouldn't look for it I'd would just have to happen like he did. He caught me off guard and stole my heart it wasn't something I wanted or was looking for at the time.

  • I couldn't imagine wanting to date again. But then, that's what I said after my divorce, and after a couple of years, I did meet someone. So you never know, but at the moment, I'm pretty sure I'd just stay single.

  • It would take me a LONG time.

My mom however started dating someone five months after my dad died and they got married four months later. So she was remarried within nine months of him dying. We were very put off by it, but it is her life. He seems to be a really good guy.

  • I don't know that I would. I've been with him for 12 years, he's the love of my life and the father of my children, I'd be devastated if anything ever happened to him.

  • I told my husband after him, there will never be another one. I know that for a fact.

  • I couldn't say. I guess it would take me a LONG time, not so much because I couldn't get over it-or move on...but I have a hard time meeting new people and wouldn't have a clue. I am not one who is ever hit on, or any of that- never have been
