  • organic anything seems to always be your best option
    but
if you think the milk is causing constipation it may be better to try something like Almond Milk in place of cow's milk

  • My thought is that organic or not shouldn't make any difference as far as constipation.

  • If she's constipated from milk, I don't think whether it's organic or not will make much difference. You could talk to her doctor to find out, but it sounds like milk in general may not be a good option for her.

  • cows milk made my daughters poop hard
i switched to almond - cleared that up
AND her speech improved in 3 days

almond has more good stuff in it than cows too

  • Are you sure it's the milk that's causing her to be constipated? How much water is she drinking? How much fruit and vegetables is she eating? How much exercise is she getting?

  • I'd think it would be more of an issue with the food than the milk. Whole milk is full fat and should not cause any constipation. Try feeding peaches pears & prunes and see if that loosens things up.
    If not, ASK YOUR DOCTOR.

  • as soon as i switched to almond milk
my daughters poops were right in middle
before when on cows milk- poops were either too soft or too hard

try it for a week and see if things even out
almond milk has all that cows milk does plus more goodies
