What's for dinner?

I'm going to make some pork in chile colorado sauce.. Probably end up making soft tacos with it. Black beans and salad on the side.

What is everyone else making/having?

  • I am going to attempt spaghetti squash for the first time. So spaghetti squash with Bolognese sauce, if the squash is too funky I have real pasta as a back up (I love squash so it should be ok)

  • Hungry Howie's pizza. Stormy weather with iffy power, so we're going with the meal that we don't have to worry about it being half done when the power goes out. lol
