  • Bile. Just keep her hydrated. Give her a couple spoons of water at a time. Or Popsicles, even if she can't keep it all down. Call her pediatrician and have them advise if they need to see her.

  • The yellow acidic substance is what we call Bile, give her some coconut water with a pinch of salt, cool liquid fruit juice, is best. go and see the doctor to make sure it's not a stomach virus.

  • You might want to take her to the ER for IV fluids. She's throwing up bile now, but it's been going on for 24hrs. I'd take her in.

  • It is bile like every else already said, and if you get one of those syringes that you use to give medication (You can get them at a pharmacy), fill it with 2 ml of water or gatorade or pedialyte (my kids would never take pedialyte but that is probably the best). Give that to her every 15-30 minutes slowly. I have a lot of stomach problems too and will also sip peppermint or ginger tea and it helps some.

  • Bile is a digestive substance produced in the liver. I hope the baby feels better, since bile is very awful to taste and burns when it is vomited. Next time, keep giving her a few crackers or some mint tea to soothe her stomach.
