  • I'm not sure. I've yet to make breakfast casseroles in my CP. I'd think you might could use cubed day old French bread in its place.

  • I made this recipe once, it was really gross. It looked sooo good but crockpot eggs turn out really rubbery and odd tasting. I followed the recipe exactly and couldn't figure out what I could have done differently, but yeah. We ended up throwing most of it out. Hashbrowns were the best part....

  • I'm not sure what you would fill out the recipe with if not for the hashbrowns, which add bulk.
