  • If she has not had any issues with sleeping before make a doctor appointment for a checkup.

  • I was allowed to stay in my room and read till I fell asleep. It worked then and still does to this day.

  • Send her to her room at whatever time you want her to go to sleep. Then wake her up at 5 am (or earlier). Do this every day and I guarantee she will start going to sleep earlier.

    It would be nice to have more info. Is she having a hard time falling asleep? Or is she just being a rebellious child?
