  • Bundle Branch Block is an interruption in the "electrical" system to the heart.
In your mom's case, the blood clot is slowing down the pace her heart beats.
Anytime they do heart surgery, it is risky.'s more common than you think.
Are they putting in a pace maker or stint?

I'm sure she'll be just fine. You'll find after surgery and recuperation, your mom will have a lot more energy.
I hope the surgery goes well for her.

  • Well, apparently I was misinformed. All they did today was an EKG to find out IF it was bundle branch block. And it was, but they're not doing surgery. All they're doing is having my mom quit smoking and take her some medications and just monitor it. Thanks for all the well wishes though! :)
