What causes the body to feel run downed or beat up?

I should be starting my period but nothing yet...My other thought was maybe being on the laptop for hours could be draining me in someway. :/

  • Could be any number of medical issues. Call or talk to a doctor.

  • Not enough sleep,
    not enough water,
    too much time on the couch,
    too much on the computer/tv,
    not enough vitamins from a poor diet.
    I would start there and if you still feel crappy then I would go to a Dr.
