What can I make with these things?

Spaghetti sauce

  • make something like a lasagna.
    I don't know what kind of pasta but that is my idea for the day

  • Whatever pasta you have can be layered with browned meat mixed in the sauce with spoonfuls of ricotta. Put it in the oven and bake until its bubbly. If you have mozzarella or some other cheese you can grate, top it off with that. :)

  • Mix sauce, cooked ground beef and ricotta together and then bake it together for a bit. It would be delicious!

  • I'd just cook the turkey and add it to the spaghetti sauce, then layer cooked pasta, meat sauce, and Ricotta in a pan and bake it till bubbling hot. Save the sour cream for another day.

  • If you have any chili flakes you can make a spicy ricotta sauce. There's a name for it and I can't remember it, but basically you mix the sauce, ricotta and chili flakes and serve it over pasta.
    You could serve it with turkey meat balls.

  • Brown the turkey, drain. Add the sauce, ricotta and a little sour cream. Mix and cook on LOW to warm. Serve over cooked pasta. Or make turkey meatballs and place in the sauce.
