Sooo.... What's for dinner?

I'm trying something new tonight.. instead of grilling country style ribs, I'm going to braise them slowly in the oven. Served with mashed potatoes and salad.

  • We're just finishing dinner now. I heated up cheddar vegetable soup (frozen, from a school fundraiser) and added snow peas and yellow squash from my garden, chicken, and whole wheat noodles. very yummy. No clue what supper will be.

  • I have a bunch of crawfish in the freezer from our last boil to use up. So I'm making crawfish courtbouillion and crawfish beignets. Not sure what kind of remoulade I'll make for dipping. Banana pudding for dessert.
