  • fruit, juice, bottled water, crackers, and my son likes to eat bread with nothing on it, so I will give him potato dinner rolls.

  • It varies from kid to kid and lunch to lunch. If the school asks for 100% disposable, it'll be a bottle of water and a juice box, a peanut butter sandwich, an apple, and chips or a granola bar or something. Otherwise it's a turkey or or bologna sandwich or wrap, yogurt, carrots, apple slices, and a drink, most of the time.

  • I do a peanut butter and honey sandwich, applesauce, and goldfish crackers or something. And a juice or water bottle.

  • french bread sandwich with ham, tomato, lettuce or a chicken drumstick and cherry tomatoes/carrot sticks + cheese + fruit + water.

Sometimes they'll find a square of very black chocolate right at the bottom :)
