Can you imagine coming home to this?!

http://www.dailypaul.com/293715/ohio-bank-forecloses-on-wrong-house-homeowners-belonging-stolen-sold-trashed-bank-not-paying-police-ignore

What I don't get is how the police and the bank refuse to correct this matter.  It's not a closed case & the bank owes this woman!  THEY made the mistake!  I just hope she can afford a good lawyer who will make sure they pay this woman for everything & then some!

What do you think?

  • I'm hoping she takes them to court since they don't want to pay what she asked for. $18,000 is not that much to have your life turned upside down. Think of all the memories, etc that she has lost when they took her stuff. Only an idiot wouldn't check the actual address on the house before you start removing everything.

  • They best tread lightly
A good lawyer for the woman, and 18 grand will be turned into a few hundred thousand for some kind of emotional distress
    And her deserves it

This lady can not get paid off
But people sue for coffee too hot, and settle out of court for bundles
