Weight loss.. Need to make it happen!! Each time I've lost weight in the past I got pregnant shortly after haha but baby is 6 months old and I still look borderline prego!!
Time to cut out the junk, eat healthier and exercise. Weight loss for the long run. I am 5'3 , 24 y/o, & weigh 149 (might as well round up to 150). The only time I've weighed this much was when pregnant! I'm 10 pounds away from being what I was each time I delivered. So it's time. Giving myself 6 months to lose 30. 5 lbs a month.
Sounds do-able no? Today I did a mile run. Lifted weights for 10 minutes. Did 10 push ups. 20 sit ups and 30 squats. So much less then I used to do. My tummy is probably the most out of shape. Literally no muscle there.
Anyone else trying to lose weight? Any one who already lost? Any methods I should stick to? Maybe a workout schedule?
I'm trying to lose weight, but I have a lot more to lose than you do. I am eating whole grains, more veggies, less fat, lean protein. I exercise for an hour 6 days a week. I have been doing this for 3 months and have lost 15 lbs.
