I am 20 weeks pregnant & I am exhausted!!! I have had RLS since middle or high school. Usually a few calf stretches and I'm fine. I had trouble with it my last pregnancy, but since we had no other children I just slept in longer if my RLS kept me up late. Now we have a 2 year old & I'm exhausted! My RLS keeps me up til 2 or 3 most nights...
Are there ANY suggestions to help ease my crazy legs??? I'm so tired people that barely know me think I look like a zombie!
